Our model of care is based on excellent research and best practices. Through collaboration with The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, University of Maryland School of Nursing, Erickson School at UMBC, Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care Program and others, Integrace is constantly striving to best support those living with dementia and their care givers. Our programs are person-centered. We believe in a holistic approach for each person to include mind, body and spirit. Integrace is committed to share the journey with each person and each family that comes to us.
